We are very satisfied with the mount and the data control from 10Micron. It is now 3 years old and there have been no problems. The hand controller was connected to the mount the whole time and therefore stood outside in the dome the whole time. Below about -20 degrees Celsius, the display on the hand controller becomes somewhat more difficult to read, but the system still works perfectly. It was also tested at -30 degrees Celsius and it also worked under these conditions!
